Thai-An Ngo joined Riverside Capital in 2016 as Vice President of Underwriting. Her primary responsibilities include managing the closing process for Riverside and our developer partners as well as ensuring that the needs of Riverside’s investor partners are being met. Thai-An is responsible for obtaining all necessary due diligence, ensuring third party reports are ordered and promptly received and working with equity counsel to ensure that the various partnership documents are being prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
Prior to joining Riverside in 2016, Thai-An worked at Aegon USA Realty Advisors for four years where she managed the underwriting and closing process of over $170M in Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity and over $160M in solar equity. Thai-An also spent over a decade with a nationally recognized community development corporation in San Francisco where she managed the development of affordable housing projects.
She received her BA in Urban Studies from Columbia University and sits on the Board of two community-serving nonprofits in the Bay Area.
