As President of Riverside Capital, Sebastian Corradino has lead responsibility for the tax credit syndication company’s services for development partners as well as those seeking to invest in high quality affordable housing assets. He also oversees for Riverside’s asset management operations. With more than two decades in the affordable housing industry, Sebastian brings both development and investment experience to his position as President.
His previous positions include serving as President and Managing Director of RBC’s Tax Credit Equity Group, where he led more than $1 billion in Low Income Housing Tax Credit investments. Sebastian was also a founder and principal of MissionFirst Development, a DC-based real estate company that produced more than $150 million of affordable housing before being acquired in 2010. Most recently, Sebastian served as CEO of the Kingswood Group, a firm he founded to provide insurance policies for tax equity funds focusing on low-income housing and renewable energy tax credits.
Sebastian holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a B.A from St. Joseph’s University. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the George Mason School of Law.
