Brant Fensin joined Riverside Capital in 2014, with over 10 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. As Vice President of Underwriting, Brant’s primary responsibilities include managing the closing process for Riverside and our developer partners as well as ensuring that the needs of Riverside’s investor partners are being met. Brant is responsible for obtaining all necessary due diligence, ensuring third party reports are ordered and promptly received and working with equity counsel to ensure that the various partnership documents are being prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
Prior to joining Riverside, Brant worked as an Acquisitions Manager for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds, where he managed the closing process and underwriting of over $300M of equity. Additionally, Brant has experience with coordinating the entire underwriting process for Native American Low Income Housing Tax Credit investments.
Brant received his Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of Florida.
