North Penn Commons is a vibrant public center for every generation to live, learn, volunteer, and thrive together. With 60 affordable living units for seniors, North Penn is considered a national model in the affordable housing industry after being selected by a jury of Affordable Housing Professionals for an award in the category of "Innovation in Design". The community also includes a space for Manna on Main Street to operate its soup kitchen, choice food pantry, and the new North Penn Commons cafe as well as a local YMCA that promotes health and wellness through easy access programs, services and facilities.

The Whitehall Apartments, winner of the Deleware Valley Green Building Council Groundbreaker award, is a 49-unit, permanent supportive housing facility for those veterans that are in need. Completed in 2017, the Whitehall Apartments were in response to a local need for at-risk veterans and a national effort to end veteran homelessness. Supported by the Department of  Veterans Affairs ("VA"), the Whitehall Apartments offer a home for those who have bravely served our country and was built to offer comprehensive support services including medical support provided by the Coatesville VA Medical Center. The property also provides on-site amenities including a community room, fitness center, computer room, and laundry facilities. It also was one of the first communities to be built using volunatry Passive House design standard for energy efficiency. Riverside Capital is proud to have helped create and transform a community to support those who have fought for our freedom.
